The brains behind Tawhero Technology is Donald Gordon, joint recipient of the "Whanganui’s biggest geeks" award at GovHack 2015.
Donald was born clutching a computer keyboard. He began coding at the age of eight, and hasn’t stopped since. Donald has an MSc in Computer Science. He has been a key employee in several start-ups, most recently Xero.
Donald is an expert in architecture and building apps, and in scaling up software to service large numbers of customers. Donald has a wide range of IT experience beyond software development and is often the Sherlock Holmes called in to solve impossible problems.
